Cycle-breakers
You are ready to pause the patterns that have shaped your relationships, even when changing them feels unfamiliar.
Associate therapist
Bree Herzog, AMFT, offers narrative and somatic-informed therapy for adults, couples, adolescents, and teens. Her work includes addiction and recovery, body image and eating concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, boundaries, and life transitions.

A little about Bree
Life can ask a lot of you. Therapy can be a place to sort through what is overwhelming, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the shifts you have been longing for.
Bree brings a warm, curious, and collaborative presence to work with adults, couples, adolescents, and teens navigating life transitions, perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, boundaries, eating disorders, addiction, and recovery. Her practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming of the full complexity of who you are.
Her hope is not that life stops being hard. It is that you leave feeling more grounded in yourself, more connected to your truth, and more able to meet what comes next.
How Bree can help
You do not need a polished explanation before you reach out. Curiosity is enough to begin.
You are ready to pause the patterns that have shaped your relationships, even when changing them feels unfamiliar.
You notice a great deal, hold a great deal, and may be looking for somewhere you do not have to make that less true.
You are in a transition, asking bigger questions, or trying to make room for the version of your life that feels more like your own.
Burnout, perfectionism, boundaries, recovery, and anxiety can make even the familiar feel hard to navigate. We can start there.
Whether you are changing your relationship to substances, beginning recovery, or finding your footing inside it, there is room here for honesty without shame.
You deserve a relationship with your body that is not organized around criticism, control, or the pressure to get it right.
How Bree works
My goal is for you to feel empowered and unfuckwithable, not because life stops being hard, but because you’re grounded in yourself and connected to your truth.
Narrative therapy pays close attention to the stories you have been carrying about yourself and your life. Somatic-informed work makes room for the wisdom of the body, too. Together, these approaches can help create a more generous understanding of where you have been and where you want to go.
